Details of decision:  £1,107,062.84 of collected CIL funds to be released to the Major and Special Projects team of the Council to provide this key pedestrian and cycle route which will be integrated with a network of proposed cycle and pedestrian improvements linking with the three new garden communities in Taunton.  

 

Reasons for proposed decision:  The £1,000,000.00 of CIL funds for cycle and pedestrian improvements and Taunton Town Centre Regeneration were authorised by Full Council in December 2020. The Taunton Chartered Trustees have allocated £107,062.84 of the CIL collected within the Taunton Unparished Area towards cycle and pedestrian improvements in Taunton.
